Morshynska glass bottle commercial

This 20-second spot promotes the glass bottle of Morshynska, the Ukrainian mineral water brand named after the spa town of Morshyn. Its poster frame shows the Моршинська wordmark emerging through a burst of splashing water droplets. Terminal FX published the spot on its Vimeo channel in 2017.

Water is one of the least forgiving subjects in product advertising. Splashes and droplets have to look crisp and fast rather than syrupy, refract the background correctly, and still leave the brand name perfectly legible at the moment it lands. Whether a splash is shot practically, simulated, or built from both, the composite decides whether it reads as clean and refreshing — which is exactly what a mineral water spot is selling.
