Food VFX reel

A 31-second reel of Terminal FX’s food and drink advertising. It moves through burger ingredients assembling in mid-air, a snack turning in space, coffee in a glass mug, oranges balanced in a stack against a blue background and Svitoch chocolate flowing over a sculpted form.

Food is among the hardest subjects in CG because everyone knows exactly what it should look like. Surfaces need the right gloss and moisture, cut food needs believable inner texture, and liquids like coffee and melted chocolate need the thickness and flow of the real thing. Whether a shot is fully CG or enhances a photographed product, the goal is the same: make the viewer hungry.
